Southwest Sausage Bake

Ingredients
6 10in flour tortillas, cut into 1/2 in strips2 4 oz cans chopped green chilies1 lb pork sausage, cooked and drained2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded10 eggs1/2 cup Milk1/2 t garlic salt1/2 t onion salt1/2 t pepper1/2 t cuminPaprikasour creamsalsa
Directions
Grease 9x13 pan. Layer half tortillas, chilies, sausage and cheese. Repeat layers. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasonings (except paprika); pour over layers. Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Top with sour cream and salsa, if desired. (not included in nutritional value)
