Powerhouse Buffalo Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground buffalo meat1 egg, beaten1/4 1% milk1/2 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. onions (green or Spanish)2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Form 24-1" meatballs of approximately 1 tbsp each or 4-4oz. burger patties.

Cook meatballs for approximately 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until juice no longer runs pink. Cook thoroughly on the BBQ for approximately 10 minutes, or until juice is no longer pink.

**This recipe can be frozen.
