Ingredients
4 oz (by weight) frozen unsweetened blueberries4 oz (by weight) frozen unsweetened strawberries2 cups Silk Light original soy milk1 Tbsp natural peanut butter2 level scoops soy protein powder
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender, starting with the soy milk. blend until smooth 1 - 2 minutes, or use the smootie button on your blender.

Serving Size: makes 1 20 oz, or 2 10 oz smoothies, depending on your nutritional needs
