Ingredients
corn tortillaegghalf a small potatoshredded cheddar cheese
Directions
heat the potato in the microwave for about 2 min. while heating the potato put some oil in a skillet and warm that up on the stove. then dice the potato and put it in the skillet. while the potato cooks beat the egg in a bowl. add whatever seasoning you like. then when the potato is cooked pour the egg in and scramble it. put cheese on the tortilla and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and then put in the eggs and potato.
