Ingredients
*Publix Tomato Basil Sauce, .35 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped*Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni - cooked, (dry cup meaure=0.4 cup)*Oil Grapeseed Oil Pure, 1 tsp.*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 6 ozParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 tbsp (add as desired)Sazon Goya packet (about a third or fourth of packet)Trocomare original, organic seasoning, a few shakesSalt, black pepper to taste
Directions
Set the water for the pasta to boil.
In the meantime, saute the onions and peppers in the oil, and add the turkey and spices until the turkey is cooked. Stir and beat up the meat so that it's broken up into small, tiny pieces (sometimes adding a little water helps with this - no more than a quarter cup though or you will have to simmer forever to reduce the liquid). When meat is at least 90% cooked, add the tomato sauce.

Boil Pasta in water and salt, per directions on box. when finished cooking drain very well (I usually leave it in a colander sitting over the pot for a little while - doesn't matter if it cools off, when meat is done, you can saute it altogether for a few minutes and it heats back up).

Leave the Meat sauce simmering until most of the liquid has boiled away and it's left looking like picadillo.

When all is done, mix the pasta into the meat sauce and saute a few minutes to pasta develops the flavor.

Serve hot, and add parmesan cheese as desired.
