Dilled Shrimp Farfallle

Ingredients
8 oz farfalle pasta8 oz cooked shrimp, sliced in half lengthwise1 medium, firm tomato, chopped1/3 cup red onion1/3 cup mayonnaise3 T drained capers2 sprigs dill weed, chopped3 T lemon juice1/4 t salt
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain well and run cold water to cool down. Set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooke pasta and toss to coat. Serve.

    I loved this recipe! I did omit the tomato and added extra noodles, I used the shells off of the shrimp to make a broth instead of a vegetable broth ( I did not have any on hand) - 6/9/15
