Creamy Shrimp, Chicken and Mushrooms with Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
Ingredients:Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/8 cupCream Cheese, Fat Free, 1 8oz package1 c boiling water2 cloves of chopped garlicShrimp, cooked, 1 lbChicken Breast, no skin, cooked 3 ouncesI Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 1/2 cParsley, 3 tbspBasil, 2 tbsp*Lemon Juice, .25 fl oz1.5c mushroomsSpaghetti Squash, 3 cup
Directions
Cut spaghetti squash in half, spray with extra virgin olive oil and roast in a 475 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.

Saute mushrooms and set aside.

Cook garlic and buttery spread until melted over medium low heat. Add cream cheese and melt into mixture. Add basil, garlic and boiling water. Mix unitl nice and smooth. Add cooked shrimp, chicken and mushrooms. Stir until heated thouroughly.

Serve on bed of spaghetting squash and enjoy!
