Casserole (Goulosh)

Ingredients
4 cups dried elbow macaroni1 lb lean ground turkey2 tbsp minced dried onion1 jar pasta sauce1 lb frozen mixed vegetables1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside. In a large pot brown ground turkey with onion. When that is cooked through, add vegetables and sauce. Drain pasta and add to meat mixture. Combine well. Transfer to foil-lined pan. Top with cheese and bake for 20 min or until cheese is bubbly. (if you are in a hurry feel free to just mix the cheese in and serve from the pot)
