Fake pumpkin pie!

Ingredients
29Oz of plain Pumpkin...canned1 box of fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding, instant2 tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup of skim milkPumpkin pie spice to taste9 or 10 full low fat cinnamon honey graham crackers
Directions
Use an 8x8 pan, put the graham crackers in the bottom. MIx the pumpkin, sugar, pudding and milk.
Layer 1/2 the pie mix over the graham crackers, then add another layer of graham crackers...add the rest of the pie mix, throw it in the fridge for an hour or two, or over night if you can wait.
Top each piece with fat free, sugar free cool whip.
