FTP Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, fresh, 2 cupSweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Clean sprouts and cut off core end. Chop peppers and onions into bite-size pieces. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and toss. Heat on high heat for approximately ten minutes, stirring every two-three minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook for ten minutes stirring every two to three minutes. Serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes two 1-1/2 cup servings.
