Nana's Rice and Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 C White Rice1 C Chopped Raw Carrots1 C Black Beans100 grams Green Olives2 tbsp Light Italian Dressing
Directions
Cook the rice as directed
While rice is cooking, drain and rinse the beans
Cut carrots into slices and then quarter the slices
In a medium-to-large serving bowl add the carrots, beans and olives
When rice is done and drained, add to serving bowl.
Add the Italian Dressing

Serve chilled when possible
