baked marinara mac and cheese

Ingredients
lb ground turkey (the already packed kind from costco)1 red pepper diced1 carrot chopped1/2 jar marinara sauce( I got an organic kind from costco)1/2 onion diced2 tbsp olive oil1 box ronzoni smart taste pasta
Directions
Heat water to cook pasta. Follow directions on the box. Could use whole wheat pasta for this recipe as well. Dice the veges, saute them in the pan with the olive oil. It will probably take 10 to 15 minutes to get the carrots to soften on med heat. Using the same pan, cook the ground turkey. Dice or shred the cheese. Mix everything all together except half the cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for half hour.
This recipe offers many chances for substitutions. You can use many different types of veges or puree veges to add and use less marinara sauce.
