1 & 1/2 C PART SKIM RICOTTA3 OZ PART SKIM MOZZARELLA SHREDDED1 OZ ROMANO CHEESE GRATED1 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTE1 10 OZ PKG FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH ALL WATER REMOVED4 LARGE WONTON WRAPSSEASONING OF SALT, PEPPER, BASIL, GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE
MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE WONTON WRAPS. SPRAY AN 8 X 8 PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM. PLACE ONE WONTON WRAP IN BOTTOM OF PAN AND SPRAY WITH PAM...DO THIS TWICE. ADD CHEESE MIXTURE AND REPEAT TWICE MORE WITH WONTONS.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
