Ingredients
Baby Carrots, raw, 1 large sliced Zucchini, baby, 1 large slicedCabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, choppedSweet potato, 2 cup, cubesMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)sliced. Add 105 grms of wild red salmon to the mix and enjoy!
Directions
Place all veggies in a microwaveable container with lid .
Microwave on high for 5 minutes .
Alternatively this can also be stirfried.
