Ingredients
Plain Bagel1/4 c. Egg Substitute1 slice Kraft Free Singles1 slice Foster Farms Ham Lunch Meat
Directions
Toast Bagel, and Scramble Egg. When Eggs are cooked slide them off to one side of the pan, and heat the peice of ham. When ham is heated place egg, ham, and cheese on the bagel. Now you have a low fat breakfast to go!
