Healthy Banana Blueberry Pancakes

Directions
Dry ingredients:1 Cup White Flour1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup multigrain cereal (ground in food processor)4 tsp baking powderWet Ingredients:1 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt2 Tbl Flaxseed oil2 large eggs1 cup vanilla soymilkjuice & zest from 1/2 lemon1 medium banana, mashed1 cup blueberries (preferably wild frozen blueberries)
Rinse and thaw and drain blueberries
Combine dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients except blueberries
Whisk together and then fold in blueberries
Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle/skillet
Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side
Serve warm
Serving Size: makes 4 servings (approximately 8-12 pancakes)
