Ingredients
1 small head purple cabbage, sliced for slaw1 medium carrot, thinly sliced, bite size1 ear of corn, sliced off cob1/2 red bell pepper, bit size slices2 green onionsDressing:1 tbsp rice wine vinegar1/2 tbsp sesame oil1/2 tbsp soy sauceJuice of 1/2 limezest of 1/4 lime1 clove garlic, grated1 tsp ginger root, grated
Directions
slice and prep veggies, mix together.

mix together dressing ingredients.

toss and refrigerate until ready to eat.
