Kerry Spinach Souffle

Ingredients:*Frozen chopped Spinach, cooked, 2.25 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)egg white, fresh, 1.5 large (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Flour, white, .1250 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)Salt, 2 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove)Becel light margerine, 1/4 cup(remove) Enter # of Servings: 12
Use chopped frozen spinach, cook in microwave then drain all the water out of it.
Mix all the other ingrediants EXEPT the margerine, add the spinach to the mixture and mix together.
Melt the margerine and put in the baking pan.
Mix the spinach mixture together, and put into the pan. Flatten it out and put into oven.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes on 350 Degrees.
Should be golden brown on top.
Serve and enjoy!
