Ingredients
1 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast2 skinny cow cheese wedges, your flavor choice1/4 C. Diced apple1/4 C. All Natural Dried Cranberries (Great Value)
Directions
Pound chicken out to around 1/4 inch
Spread cheese over chicken breast
Spread apple and cranberries over the chicken
Roll chicken, cut into 2 pieces and secure with toothpicks
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until done through (170 degrees)
