15 Minute Yakisoba

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 lb mushrooms, sliced12 oz bag broccoli slaw1 (7oz ea) refrigerated Yakisoba noodles (any flavor)1/2 C water
Directions
Place noodles in hot tap water and set aside.

Heat oil in saute pan over medium high heat. Add mushrroms and cook 4-5 minutes, add broccoli and cook another 2-3 minutes. Drain noodles and add to the pan. Cooke another 4-5 minutes. Add seasoning packets and water and stir well to coat evenly.
