Roasted Taters, Turnips and Carrots

Ingredients
2 small potatoes, cut into cubes2 cups peeled and cubed turnips (about 4 small)Carrots, sliced (1 -2 depending on size)1 Tablespoon Apple Juice1/4 cup Vegetable broth1 Tablespoon brown sugar1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put potatoes, turnips and carrots into casserole dish.
Combine apple juice, broth, lemon juice and sugar. Pour over vegetables. Cover tightly with foil.
Roast 45 mins or until fork tender.
