Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients
3 cups of salsa1 chicken breast cooked and cut into small pieces1 cup of diced onion.5 cup of shredded cheese10 wheat flour tortillas5 cherry tomatoes cut up1-1.25 cup of snow peas cut up
Directions
Cook cut up chicken until done.
Mix half of salsa, chicken, and onion in a pot on medium low heat, for about 25 minutes. Add bits of water if needed.
Place small amout of mixture into center of each tortilla, sprinkle a little cheese, wrap up, lightly spread with cooking spray, olive oil, whatever you have on hand
Bake in oven for 8 mins at 425deg, turn over and bake for anoth 5 mins.
Top with remaining salsa, cheese, tomato, and snow pea. Serve with a side dish.
