Pineapple Mandarin Orange Jello Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups Water1 Cup Ice2 3/4 Cups Canned Mandarin Oranges In It's Own Juice Drained2 1/2 Cups Canned Crushed Pineapple In It's Own Juice Drained3 Cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese (You could put it in the blender or food processor so the texture isn't as bad)2 Packages (8 Servings) Sugar Free Orange Jello16 Oz Fat Free Cool Whip (Thawed)
Directions
Boil 2 cups of water and add to a bowl mix in the jello until it dissolves. Add 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of ice and stir until it thickens. Remove any ice that didn't melt. Whisk in cottage cheese and cool whip until they are blended. Then gently stir in the pineapple and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve.
