Ingredients
GV Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (8 svgs per pkg), 8 servingApples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Bummel and Brown Spread, 3 tbspSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbspSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 4 tspCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cupBlueberries, fresh, 0.50 cupSierra Mist Cranberry Splash, 6 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 & grease 8x8 pan. Using 2 small apples (quartered) or 1 lg (cut into 8ths), wrap each apple section in crescent roll and place in prepared pan. Melt butter/spread & add splenda. Drizzle over dumplings. Sprinkle with cinnamon & Splenda brown blend. Sprinkle craisins & blueberries all around. Pour Sierra Mist over all. Bake for approx 30 minutes or until golden. 1 dumpling=1 svg.
