Beef Stew

Ingredients
beef chuck 1.5celery 2 stalksonion raw .5 cupstewed tomatoes 1 cupcarrots 5 largepotatoes 2 medium1/2 cup frozen peas1/2 cup frozen corn
Directions
brown beef cubes, prepare carrots,potatoes and onion. place in crock pot and add one cup water. (bay leaf, pepper and salt optional) cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours. add corn and peas about 1 hour before done.
