Low-Cal Creamy Tomato Sauce for Pasta (Very Easy)

Ingredients
4 medium Tomatos (ca. 400g)0.5 medium onion2 small cloves garlic1 TS Olive Oil1.5 TS Cream Cheesespices (salt, pepper, Oregano/Basil/Parsley etc)
Directions
Chop onions, Garlic and Tomatos. Heat Oil and cook onions and garlic until glassy, add the tomatos and a little water. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tomatoes through a sieve, whisk in the cream cheese thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt and Pepper and some spices like Oregano, Parsley or basil to taste

Serving Size: makes 6 small servings (depends on how juicy your tomatoes are)
