Use 1 lb or lean ground pork or vealAdd:4 ground up Breton crackers1/4 tsp each of -thyme, cinnamon, ground cloves1 tsp each of salt and black pepper1/2 med. Onion, diced very finely3 cloves of minced garlic1 cup of waterPut it microwavable bowl that has a lid ( ie corning ware style)mix with a forkCook on high for 7 mins with a lidRemove lid, mix with forkCook on high for 3 mins uncoveredMix again, recover and cook for final 10 mins.Store in frig. Or freeze, heat up what you need and spoon onto toast. Yum!
