Slow Cooked Beef Roast

Ingredients
6 c. water1 bag baby carrots6 "B" size red potatoes1/2 c. chopped celery2 cloves garlic1/2 - 2/3 c. chopped onion2 lb beef chuck roastseasonings
Directions
cut potatoes, chop onions and celery, crush garlic, mix all ingredients in slow cooker, season with your favorite seasonings, cook 7-8 hrs on low heat, until desired tenderness.
