Smoothie: apple, nectarine, romaine

Ingredients
1 nectarine1 apple3 romaine lettuce leaves (or other lettuce of your choice)1 cup of skim milk/almond milk/soy milkwhey protein (I added a scoop of protein powder for added protein)ice1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions
Throw everything in a blender with some ice. Blend together and enjoy. ( If you add the chia seeds, please wait 20 minutes for them to soften before drinking.)
