Salted Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 100 grams (remove) Heavy Whipping Cream, 3.5 fl oz (remove) Butter, unsalted, 57 grams (remove) *Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Put the sugar in a pan and cook until the edges turn a light brown color. Stir, and cook until clearish. Add cream slowly. The caramel will seize, but will relax when the cream is cooked slightly. Add the butter and salt, stirring to combine.
