Tony's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 26 oz (remove) Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped (remove) Sour Cream, 1.33 cup (remove) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup (remove) Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet (remove) Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 slice, thin/small (remove) Monterey Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Cook noodles. Grease casserole dish. Drain and flake tuna, then mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onions, thyme and noodles. Spoon 1/2 of mixture in dish, top with 1/2 of cheese and zucchini. Repeat layers. Top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
