Ingredients
1 small cabbage, red or green, shredded (about 1 pound)1 cup mayonnaise6 drops liquid stevia2 Tablespoons vinegar1/4 teaspoon celery seed1/8 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix the mayonnaise, Stevia, vinegar and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix in the cabbage and carrot, stirring to coat well. Chill several hours before serving.
