Pletch's Blue Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) stick unsalted butter4 oz blue cheese 1 pkg Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (10 pk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Melt butter in 9-inch pie plate. Crumble blue cheese over the butter. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; place point side down in circles starting at the outside edge working towards the center. Bake at 450F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 40 bite size pieces.
