Ingredients
This is my first time making this, all measurements are approximate except the bulgar and olives.1/2 Cup dry cracked bulgar wheat prepared according to package instructions. (just water) set aside to cool.1-2 handfuls of arugalaWhile bulgar chills dice onion, orange & yellow peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and if necessary olives.Combine veggies, bulgar, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Keep chilled.
