Pizza Meat Pie

16 oz lean ground beef1/2 c non fat dry milk1/2 c bread crumbs 1/2 t salt1/2 t black pepper2 cloves garlic, minced1 c (4 oz) part skim shredded mozzarella cheese2 T. tomato paste 4 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms1 t dried oregano2 T finely chopped onion1/4 c grated parmesan
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine ground beef, dry milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well then pat mixture into 9" pie plate
3. In same bowl combine mozzarella, crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano and onion. Mix well and spread over meat mixture in the pie plate.
4. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Slice and serve
