White Bread, cubed or torn, 2 slice Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, cubed or torn, 2 slice I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 2 TbspEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1/2 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 tsp Raisins, 1 miniature box (.5 oz) Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
1. Add together all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well. 2. Melt the butter in the microwave. 3. While stirring rapidly, add evaporated milk and Vanilla extract together with the butter in a cup and then pour it over the dry ingredients in the bowl. 4. Add the Egg Beaters and mix all ingredients together well. 5. Pour mixture into a small casserole dish and microwave on high until set, approximately 5 minutes. Center may still be slightly soft.
