Homemade Pudding Pops
- Number of Servings: 26
Ingredients
Directions
2 boxes of fat free sugar free pudding mix1 container of lite whipped topping4 cups original coconut milknote: I did the calorie calculations based on 1 of the boxes of pudding not being sugar free, but it was very low in sugar.
Blend the milk and pudding mix in a stand mixer for at least 2 minutes. The consistency will be thinner than when using regular milk. Next stir in the whipped topping. Fill 3 oz paper cups 3/4 full. Cut 26 squares of foil that will cover each cup. Cut a hole in the middle of the foil for the popsicle stick. Freeze for approximately 4 hours and enjoy!
