Spanish Rice with Black Beans

Ingredients
3 Cups Rice, uncooked1.5 cups chopped Onions.5 C Jalapeno chopped15 oz Can black beans, drained15 0z Tomatoes, diced canned!tbs minced garlic! Tb chicken better than boullion6 cups water
Directions
Heat olive oil add and saute onion and jalapeno til translucent.
Add rice and cook 3 minutes stirring to coat.
Add remaining incredients.
Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until all the water is absorbed.
Makes 10 1 cup servings
sprinkle with cuman and cilantro if desired.
