This Cardiac Diet is used for heart patients who need to loose weight in a hurry before having surgery. In 3 days you can loose as much as 10 lbs.You MUST Follow The Rules!!     This does work. The only reason I gained it back was because of an injury to my back. I'm back on it, already down 5 pounds in 5 days. If you follow the diet and don't cheat and don't binge on the days off, you will lose it and keep it off. - 9/4/15

    Yes, I have tried this diet. While the food combination are unusual it worked. My first week I lost 6 lbs. I chose to do the diet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & sometimes I repeated day 1 for Thursday.
    I was on it for a month and lost 15 lbs my first month. I felt great and everyone noticed. - 8/13/15

    What an absolute load of Bull. You may incidentally lose 10 pounds due to emptying the bowels of excessive food and less glycogen bonding of water weight, but that is it. In no way shape or form is this an eating plan to successfully burn fat - 9/12/14

    I lost about 70 pounds on this diet. I have to admit I did it 7 days a week. I now know that I lost a lot of muscle but being over 50 I had to get the weight off. I was almost 300 pounds. It does work but is boring and you are hungry so drink lots of water and eat on time. - 6/3/16

    Really? People wake up if there were some magic pill or diet then there would not be overweight people like us. Your DIET, is your way of life. Eat sensibly and within your calorie range and exercise and the weight will drop. Its all about creating good habit. Love and peace....we can do this
