Yes, I have tried this diet. While the food combination are unusual it worked. My first week I lost 6 lbs. I chose to do the diet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & sometimes I repeated day 1 for Thursday.
I was on it for a month and lost 15 lbs my first month. I felt great and everyone noticed. - 8/13/15

Really? People wake up if there were some magic pill or diet then there would not be overweight people like us. Your DIET, is your way of life. Eat sensibly and within your calorie range and exercise and the weight will drop. Its all about creating good habit. Love and peace....we can do this
