3 Cups Oats2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 Cup SPLENDA 1/2 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened1 tsp Vanilla4 egg whites1 cup skim milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl then Mix the Wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the wet and the dry ingredients (ADD FRUT IF DESIRED) Spread in a 8 X 10 inch pan that's been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 20-30 min.
Serve it warmed with some sort of milk or alone as is.
