Collard Greens

Ingredients
1lb bag of chopped collards1 medium onion, chopped1 tbsp minced garlic1 cup no sodium chicken broth1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp salt
Directions
1. Turn the slow cooker onto high power and put in the chopped onion, salt, garlic, and a little broth .

2. After about 10 minutes, place the collards into the crock pot, and change the setting to low.

3. Leave on for 6 hours, stirring every few hours.

4. Turn off the crock pot and add the vinegar. Stir again.
