Apple Pie Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup whole wheat flour 2 tbsp rolled oats, dry1/2 cup finely-chopped apple1 tsp cinnamon2/3 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 tsp sugar2 tsp splenda1/3 cup skim milkcooking spray
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet. Mix lightly, being careful not to overmix.

2. Cook on a pan sprayed with cooking spray, on low-medium, flipping each pancake once halfway thru cooking.
