Delicious Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened original almond milk1/2 cup ice1 scoop CSN 100% pro whey vanilla ice cream protein powder (or other low carb protein powder)1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter (always check the ingredients to ensure that the ONLY ingredient is peanuts)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a good high efficiency blender (I use a ninja) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
