Combine and mix well for filling:6 C Rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces1C Splenda (equivalent to 1C sugar)1/3 C All Purpose Flour1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 C WaterMix together and sprinkle evenly over rhubarb misture:1 C All Purpose Flour1 C Raw Roller Oats1 C Brown Sugar Splenda (equivalent to 1C brown sugar)1/2 cup Melted Butter
