6 eggs4 C of Sugar10 fresh peaches (5 C pureed)4C heavy cream2C half & half2 tsp vanilla extract3/4 tsp salt
Puree peaches. Mix eggs & sugar until smooth. Add peaches, heavy cream, half and half, vanilla extract, & salt to the egg/sugar mixture. Put in electric ice cream freezer & freeze according to the directions on the freezer
