Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook(remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Garlic, 1 tsp(remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced(remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 20 medium(remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)*Chicken boullion, 2 tsp(remove)
Directions
Put all ingredients into 6 cups of water boil, simmer for a few hours. Remove chicken and take out bones. Put chicken back into soup and enjoy.

    I am not a fan of bouillon. I used store bought low sodium chicken broth. Also, I put the carrots in for only the last half hour. - 10/20/13
