low sugar/fat cheese cake

Ingredients
*Cheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)1 Cup nonfat milk*Cool Whip, Kraft- Sugar Free, 50 tbsp (remove)*Kraft Jello SF FF Vanilla Pudding, 4 serving (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp (remove)*Sucralose (like Splenda), 16 tsp (remove)Land O Lakes, Margarine, Stick, 1 Tbsp, 6 serving (remove)*Keebler Graham cracker crumbs, 32 tbsp (remove)
Directions
mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup splenda, appx. 6 TB MELTED margarine...stir with fork...press into 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes, remove and cool

Beat cream cheese til soft. Add 1 cup milk. Continue beating til soft, add dry pudding mix and mix on low til thickened. add Vanilla. By hand, fold in 1 small 8 oz tub of sugar free cool whip. Thoroughly still. spread over crust.
may refrigerate, but I freeze mine and eat it more as an "ice cream" treat. delicious.
I only have it figured as 12 HUGE serving sizes. obviously the calories would be significantly less if you cut each piece in half. :)
