Baked Ham & Eggs Cups

Ingredients
6 lg eggsthin sliced deli ham (I used 2 pieces to line muffin tins)2 tbs grated parmigian cheese2 tbs diced scallion greensCooking spraySalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray
Line 6 muffin tins with 1-2 slices of ham
Crack one egg into each ham lined muffin tin
Sprinkle eggs with cheese and scallion greens
Place in preheated oven and bake 15-20 minutes depending on how you like your yokes done.
Serve immediately. Salt and pepper to taste.
