3 egg whites2 scoops chocolate protein powder (equivalent to 52 g protein)1/2 cup (4.5 oz) fat free plain greek yogurt1/4 cup packed brown sugar3/4 cup old fashioned oats3/4 cup mashed banana (one very large banana)1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon
350 degrees F.
Grind oats first in food processor. Then add all other ingredients and pulse until combined.
Divide into 6 muffin tins.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
