Coriander and coconut bake-in sauce

Ingredients
2oz fresh Coriander (Cilantro)1 teaspoon ground Turmeric2 cloves of Garlic1 Shallot, chopped0.5 chopped Chilli pepper1 tablespoon Thai Fish sauce1 tablespoon Lime juice0.5 tablespoon Olive oil, lemon infused1 tablespoon creamed Coconut
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together. Marinate oily fish for 1 hour. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20-30 minutes .
